These terms govern venue, talent and brand profiles, Link pages and their authorised management. Information may come from the subject, user contributions, public professional sources or editorial work. Publication does not establish approval, a commercial relationship or management by the person or business described.

Relevant management and verification statuses will indicate their scope. Information may change; before travelling or contracting, users should confirm times, availability and conditions with the provider. This recommendation does not exclude Widais’s required care for information it prepares or provides.

Adding data must respect privacy, intellectual property, image rights and source licences. Publicly accessible content is not available for unlimited reuse. Others’ photographs, descriptions or databases cannot be copied without sufficient permission or lawful authority.

Personal profiles must be limited to relevant professional information. Where data does not come from the individual, the required information will be provided within the applicable period, ordinarily one month under the GDPR or before first communication or disclosure, unless a properly justified exception applies.

Publishing this policy does not replace individual Article 14 GDPR notice where required. Any exception relied on must be supported by its conditions, safeguards and appropriate alternative information. Private addresses, telephone numbers or emails must not be treated as public professional data.

An entitled person or entity may request management of a profile and provide proportionate evidence of authority. Until approval, it must not present itself as a confirmed owner or representative. Conflicts will be examined in light of claimed powers and available evidence.

Technical page management does not transfer rights in property, a name, trademark or activity. Widais may temporarily restrict disputed powers and request clarification to protect affected parties, through proportionate, reasoned and reviewable measures.

Each badge has its stated scope: email verification, checked authority, a specific review or commercial status. Premium does not by itself certify identity, licences, safety, quality or legality of an activity.

Features depend on the accepted offer and their actual availability. They do not guarantee commercial outcomes or remove the duty to provide truthful information. Where remuneration influences presentation or placement, its promotional nature will be identified.

Permissions are assigned and revoked per resource and function. Multiple managers do not automatically gain access to all data or tools. A promoter, agent or collaborator awaiting approval must not claim confirmed status; a public contact listing does not provide general access to contacts, statistics, messages, reservations or private information.

Managing a particular transaction requires specific, limited and current authority and appropriate information to the customer. Listing an estate agent, representative or venue contact does not by itself establish authority or professional qualification.

Subscriptions relate to the profile or page and disclosed controller, not all resources of the Pro. Each manager may access only what is necessary for the authorised role. Shared or transferred management does not make personal data a freely disposable asset.

A controller change requires assessment of the disclosure basis, purposes, individual notice and necessary consents. Marketing permission is not presumed transferable to any new owner. Opt-outs and restrictions remain effective and cannot be bypassed by changing managers.

Managers must keep relevant identity, contact, hours, services, availability and prices current and explain legal conditions and restrictions. Menus, allergens, accessibility, capacity, licences or property characteristics must meet the accuracy and presentation requirements of the service.

Widais tools do not replace sectoral permissions or food, tax, property or safety duties. Non-existent certifications or guarantees must not be claimed. Changes affecting a confirmed reservation must be communicated to its recipient.

Sponsored content, incentives and paid featured positions must be clearly identified. Fake reviews, rating manipulation and claims of verified-customer opinions without sufficient checks are prohibited. Discounts and promotions must state relevant conditions and restrictions.

An informational profile of an institution, political party or political figure does not imply Widais’s support or permit political-advertising purchases. Such advertising would require explicit enablement and compliance with its specific rules, including targeting restrictions. Generic marketing consent is insufficient.

Promotion organisers must provide particular rules covering identity, duration, territory, participation, selection, prize, delivery and data processing. They must not require unnecessary marketing consent or conceal costs or restrictions. A permanent banner does not replace rules for each promotion.

Rules of the platforms used, rights over posts and images and applicable tax or authorisation duties must be respected. Hosting another party’s promotion alone does not make Widais its organiser, without prejudice to its actual involvement.

Errors, authority disputes and profile requests may be reported through the enabled channel or info@widais.com, identifying the URL and reason. Widais will examine entitlement, rights, privacy and the publication basis and communicate appropriate measures.

Error correction and rights requests do not require Premium. Closing an account does not automatically remove business information with an independently valid basis, but does not prevent legally required erasure. Content notices and reviews follow Community.
