The platform may include user registration, public profiles, preference management, personalized pages, lead capture, CRM, event management, links, highlighted content, analytics, electronic communications and support services.

Accessing, browsing, registering or using Widais implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

If a user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the platform, registering or accessing private features.

Pro users must use professional features, CRM, lead capture, personalized public pages and mailing in accordance with applicable law. They must only add lawfully obtained data, send marketing communications with a valid legal basis, respect opt-outs and use internal notes and CRM fields for legitimate and proportionate professional purposes.

Widais may suspend, limit or cancel Pro profiles that use the platform unlawfully, against third-party rights, these terms or platform security.

Widais may host information provided by registered users or Pro users, including public profiles, events, highlighted content, links, images, descriptions and other information visible to third parties. Each user is solely responsible for the content, links and data they publish or provide.

Widais may review, verify, moderate, limit, remove, de-index, block or suspend content or accounts when there are signs of illegality, breaches, security risks, third-party claims, authority orders or legitimate interests to protect the service and other people’s rights.

Anyone may report allegedly unlawful content or content contrary to these terms by writing to info@widais.com. Reports should include a reasoned explanation, the exact location of the content, contact details and a good-faith statement about the accuracy of the information provided.

All Widais elements, including texts, designs, structure, databases, source code, software, trademarks, logos, images, videos, creative assets and interface, belong to Widais or authorized third parties and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
